We had the honor of welcoming Miss Universe 2015 finalists from fourteen different countries for their annual reunion. A beautiful sunny day called for a breakfast picnic at our garden, followed by snorkeling at Menjangan Island. The island got its name from its friendly resident deers (Menjangan). One deer was loving all the attention, food and water it got from the ladies. Definitely don’t miss out on a trip to the island when you are in Northwest Bali. Besides the friendly deers and beautiful underwater world, there is also a majestic Hindu temple perched on the highest point of the island with magnificent views.
A few of the Miss Universe finalists also made sure not to miss out on our spa treatments. They enjoyed the Balinese massage and body scrub – a perfect way to relax and revitalize. Each treatment ends with a beautifully arranged and scented flower bath. A sunset cocktail party, BBQ dinner and Balinese dance shows mark the last evening of their stay. Some of our talented staff performed traditional Balinese dances accompanied by the gamelan, followed by a contemporary rindik performance. It was a fun-filled evening where the ladies, our guests and staff danced the night away.
