Indulge your senses with our signature treatments, which include the Balinese Massage, Thai Barefoot Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, and the Mimpi Art Movement.<\/p><h3>SPA FACILITIES<\/h3><p>Our spa is consciously designed with eco-sustainability and classic elegance in mind. Breathe in a design that allows the natural flow of air without the use of air conditioners. We use local and natural building materials, recycled wooden furniture, eco-LED lighting, bamboo linen, and recycled paper. All the products used in our treatments are natural and made from fresh ingredients.<\/p><p>On one side of the spa are deluxe single and double treatment rooms with open patios facing the mangrove forest. On the other side are two Thai and two multi-use massage rooms with private courtyards and walls made solely of exotic red lava stones. Each room is equipped with a private terrazzo or wooden bathtub that flows natural hot spring water.<\/p><h3>NATURAL HOT SPRING WATER<\/h3><p>Our sacred and natural hot springs of Banyuwedang are professionally analyzed and certified by the German firm Hydroisotop. The water is naturally enriched with sodium chloride, calcium, and sulphate, and has a basic temperature of 46.4 degrees Celsius.<\/p><p>According to Hydroisotop, the water is classified as \u201caqua ex fonte thermal oligominerale\u201d, with comparatively low contents of solute gases and radioactivity (radium and radon). The water is comparable to well-known thermal spring waters such as Baden of Germany, Evian and Vichy of France, Bath of UK, just to name a few.<\/p><p>The low pH 6.5 of the water classifies it as \u201csoft\u201d water and skin-friendly, and the rinsing and drying of the skin after bathing is not necessary.<\/p><h3>POTENTIAL HEALTH BENEFITS<\/h3><p>A positive effect of using the spring water is reported by persons affected by the following: psychosomatic conditions (eg. nicotine and alcohol addictions), chronic skin lesions and inflammations (e.g. dermatitis), tinnitus, rheumatoid pains, arthropathic and orthopedic conditions, post-traumatic and post-operation residual pain, pain in the joints and muscles, hyperhidrosis, and chronic disturbances of metabolism.<\/p><h3>YOGA<\/h3><p>MovingVentures offer retreats and certification trainings at Mimpi Resort, Menjangan, in Esalen\u00ae Massage & Bodywork, Dance and Yoga.
