Is the resort open year-round?

Yes, we are open all year round

When is the best time to visit?

Bali is beautiful throughout the year. The dry season (April–October) is popular for outdoor activities and diving, while the wet season (November–March) offers lush scenery and fewer crowds.

Is the resort family-friendly?

Yes. Families are warmly welcomed, and we can provide baby cots or extra beds upon request.

How long does it take to reach the resort from Ngurah Rai International Airport? What are my transportation options?

The resort is about a 4-hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. We do provide pick up and drop off transfer with an additional charge of IDR 1.200.000 nett per car per way.

Do you provide airport pick-up and drop-off?

Yes, private transfers can be arranged with advance notice.

Do you offer shuttle service to nearby attractions?

We can assist with arranging tours to nearby attractions such as West Bali National Park and Menjangan Island.

What are the main attractions near the resort?

Highlights include marine excursions at Menjangan Island, trekking and safari tours at West Bali National Park, traditional villages, salt farm, traditional market, temples, and nature-based adventures such as trekking and Mount Ijen hike. See our tours & excursions menu here.

What facilities are available on the property?

Hot spring pools, Mimpi Spring Spa, PADI-certified dive center, Sunset Beach Restaurant, swimming pools, yoga spaces, bicycles, gym and meeting or retreat facilities.

Is Wi-Fi available at the resort?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in rooms and public areas.

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available for guests.

Is accommodation for drivers available?

Yes, we are pleased to provide basic accommodation for drivers. This is complimentary and subject to availability, as we have a limited number of rooms.

Is the resort pet-friendly?

No, we do not allow pets.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 noon

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Subject to availability, additional charges may apply.

Do the rooms have air-conditioning?

Yes, all rooms have air-conditioning.

Do the rooms have private hot spring access?

All Courtyard Villas feature a private hot spring tub inside the room. In addition, public hot spring pools are available for all guests

Do you provide baby cots or extra beds?

Yes, available upon request and subject to availability. An additional charge for an extra bed is IDR 450.000 nett per night including breakfast for 1 person, while baby cot is free of charge.

Is the hot spring water natural?

Yes, our pools are filled with natural geothermal hot spring water. We have our own natural hot spring source within the resort, and the water is channeled directly into all of our hot spring pools.

What are the benefits of bathing in the hot spring?

Hot spring bathing is known to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension.

Do you have a Spa?

Yes, our Mimpi Spring Spa is a full service spa offering massages, body treatments, and wellness rituals.

Should spa treatments be booked in advance?

Advance booking is recommended to secure preferred times.

Do you have a sauna, cold plunge or steam room?

No, we focus on natural hot springs and spa treatments.

Diving & Marine Adventures

What kinds of marine activities and water sports can I enjoy during my stay?

Scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and stand up paddle, as well as boat trips to Menjangan Island.

Do you have a dive center?

Yes, our PADI-certified dive center offers a full range of dive equipment, courses, and guided trips.

How many dive sites are accessible from the resort?

There are around 18 dive sites accessible in Menjangan Island and the Pemuteran area.
Menjangan Area: 10 dive sites
Pemuteran Area: 4 dive sites
Gilimanuk Area: 2 dive sites
Puri Jati Area: 2 dive sites

How many days do you recommend for experiencing the main dive sites?

At least 3 – 4 days are recommended for divers to explore the highlights.

Do dives need to be booked in advance?

Yes, advance booking is advised, especially during high season.

Do you offer dive & stay packages?

Yes, we offer dive & stay packages. We can also offer customized packages tailored to your needs and wants.

I don’t have a dive license—can I still dive?

What kind of cuisine do you serve at the restaurant?

Our Sunset Beach Restaurant serves authentic Balinese and Indonesian, European, Asian and fusion cuisine.

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Yes, please inform us in advance and our chefs will be happy to assist.

Activities & Experiences

What activities are available at the resort?

Snorkeling, diving, hot spring bathing, spa treatments, yoga, birdwatching, cycling, trekking and safari in West Bali National Park, guided fishing, temple purification ritual, cooking & jamu making classes, picnics at Gili Putih Beach, Hatten Vineyard or resort garden, and other cultural and nature excursions. Can I host events, retreats, or weddings at the resort?

Yes, we are happy to arrange retreats, weddings, and private gatherings.

Do I need to buy out the resort to host a private event?

It depends on the scale and privacy requirements of the event, though a full buyout ensures complete privacy.

We accept payment with credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

Nature & Surroundings

Is the resort eco-friendly?

Yes, we focus on sustainability through energy saving practices, natural materials, and waste management. We also provide refillable water bottles to use during your stay free of charge.

Are there mosquitoes or wildlife around the resort? Should I bring repellent?

Yes, as our resort is close to nature, we recommend bringing a mosquito repellent. For your convenience, we also provide mosquito spray free of charge, available at the lobby and upon request.

Is the resort located on the beach? Is the beach swimmable?

The resort is set on a lagoon near Menjangan Island. While the beach is beautiful, it is not ideal for swimming.

Safety & Accessibility

Do you have medical assistance nearby?

Basic medical assistance is available, with hospitals accessible in Singaraja and Negara. We also provide first aid kits, and there are local clinics and a community health clinic (Puskesmas) within 2–5 km from the resort.

Is the resort wheelchair accessible?

Some areas are accessible, but due to our natural terrain, not all facilities are accessible by wheelchair.

Do you provide wheelchairs?

Yes, wheelchairs are provided by the resort.

Does the resort provide child care services?

We will try to accommodate child care request as best we can but we need to receive your request several days in advance. Rate will be around IDR 100,000/hour
