Is the resort open year-round?
Yes, the resort is open all year.
When is the best time to visit?
Tulamben is great to visit year round. The dry season (April–October) offers the best weather and diving conditions, while the rainy season (November–March) offers fewer crowds.
Is the resort family-friendly?
Yes, we welcome families. Children can enjoy the swimming pool and natural surroundings.
How long does it take to reach the resort from Ngurah Rai International Airport? What are my transportation options?
It takes about 2.5–3 hours by car. We can arrange private transfers by car with additional charge at IDR 1.100.000 nett per car per way.
Do you provide airport pick-up and drop-off?
Yes, available upon request with an additional charge at IDR 1.100.000 nett per car per way.
Do you offer shuttle service to nearby attractions?
Yes, private car hire or shuttle service can be arranged at the front desk.
What are the main attractions near the resort?
The famous USAT Liberty Shipwreck, Amed, Mount Agung trekking, and local temples. See our tours & excursions menu here.
What facilities are available on the property?
Swimming pool, restaurant, dive center, spa services, parking, and Wi-Fi.
Is Wi-Fi available at the resort?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available for guests.
Is accommodation for drivers available?
Yes, we are pleased to provide basic accommodation for drivers. This is complimentary and subject to availability, as we have a limited number of rooms.
Is the resort pet-friendly?
No, we do not allow pets.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 noon.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Yes but subject to availability, additional charges may apply.
Do the rooms have air-conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air-conditioning.
Do the rooms have bathtubs?
No, we do not provide bathtubs in our rooms.
Do you provide baby cots or extra beds?
Yes, available upon request and subject to availability. An additional charge for an extra bed is IDR 450.000 nett per night including breakfast for 1 person, while baby cot is free of charge.

Do you have a Spa?
Yes, we offer a selection of spa and massage treatments.
Should spa treatments be booked in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Do you have a sauna, cold plunge or steam room?
No, currently not available.
Diving & Marine Adventures
What kinds of marine activities and water sports can I enjoy during my stay?
Tulamben is well-known for scuba diving and snorkeling.
Do you have a dive center?
Yes, our professional PADI-certified dive center offers courses, fun dives, and dive packages that include accommodation and meals.
How many dive sites are accessible from the resort?
There are more than 15 dive sites, including the USAT Liberty Shipwreck, Coral Garden, and the Drop Off.
How many days do you recommend for experiencing the main dive sites?
At least 3–4 days to explore the highlights.
Do dives need to be booked in advance?
It is recommended, especially in high season.
Do you offer dive & stay packages?
Yes, we offer dive & stay packages. We can also offer customized packages tailored to your needs and wants.
I don’t have a dive license—can I still dive?
Yes, introductory dives and PADI certification courses are available.

What kind of cuisine do you serve at the restaurant?
Our Tunjung Restaurant serves authentic Balinese and Indonesian, European, Asian and fusion cuisine.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes, please inform us in advance and our chefs will be happy to assist.

What activities are available at the resort?

Can I host events, retreats, or weddings at the resort?
Yes, we welcome group events and intimate weddings.
Do I need to buy out the resort to host a private event?
It depends on the scale and privacy requirements of the event, though a full buyout ensures complete privacy.

We accept payment with credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

Nature & Surroundings
Is the resort eco-friendly?
Yes, we focus on sustainability through energy saving practices, natural materials, and waste management. We also provide refillable water bottles to use during your stay free of charge.
Are there mosquitoes or wildlife around the resort? Should I bring repellent?
Yes, being close to nature, we recommend bringing mosquito repellent. We also provide mosquito spray free of charge at the lobby (upon request).
Is the resort located on the beach? Is the beach swimmable?
Yes, we are beachfront with direct access to Tulamben’s famous dive sites. The beach is rocky and most suitable for diving and snorkeling, though many of our guests also enjoy swimming.
Safety & Accessibility
Do you have medical assistance nearby?
Yes, basic first aid is available on site. There are private clinics and a community health clinic (Puskesmas) within 2–5 km, and hospitals in Amlapura or Singaraja.
Is the resort wheelchair accessible?
Some areas are accessible but not all facilities are barrier free.
Do you provide wheelchairs?
No, we do not provide wheelchairs but we can help arrange one if you inform us in advance before check-in.
Does the resort provide child care services?
We will try to accommodate child care request as best we can but we need to receive your request several days in advance. Rate will be around IDR 100,000/hour.
