For centuries, Balinese locals have come to Banyuwedang in search of its holy and healing hot springs. People not only used this water for purification rituals, but they believed that the water had properties to cure many ailments. Built directly on top of a hot spring source, Mimpi Resort Menjangan provides this amazing water to all of its guests. Professionally analyzed and certified by the German firm Hydroisotop, the water is naturally enriched with sodium chloride, calcium, and sulphate, and has a basic temperature of 46.4 degrees Celsius.

WATER QUALITY

According to Hydroisotop, the water is classified as “aqua ex fonte thermal oligominerale”, with comparatively low contents of solute gases and radioactivity (radium and radon). The water is comparable to well-known thermal spring waters such as Baden of Germany, Evian and Vichy of France, Bath of UK, just to name a few.

The low pH 6.5 of the water classifies it as “soft” water and skin-friendly, and the rinsing and drying of the skin after bathing is not necessary.

POTENTIAL HEALTH BENEFITS
