SUNSET BEACH RESTAURANT & BAR
The Sunset Beach restaurant sits by the shore, partially afloat and overlooking beautiful views of the water, mountains and mangrove forest. Enjoy a magnificent sunset from our restaurant’s view while having an afternoon tea or coffee. Dine beneath the stars on our wooden decks or under the grass-roof. The cozy atmosphere is ideal for drinks and chats late into the night. Our menu is carefully curated to represent an international selection suited for every taste. A uniquely sunken bar in the middle of the restaurant serves a variety of beverages.
ORGANIC GARDEN
A plot of approximately 2 acres is set aside on the corner of the hotel grounds as an organic kitchen garden. A river-like stream is built to flow from the accommodation compound to store thermal spring water waste from the hot spring pools. A variety of water plants are grown in each block of the ponds to provide a natural bio-processing water treatment. The water is then pumped out from the last pond to be supplied for several different kinds of fruits and vegetables. These organically grown fruits and vegetables will supply our restaurant’s kitchen with fresh daily produce which includes long beans, pumpkins, cucumbers, lemongrass, tomatoes, eggplants, lemons, papayas, sweet potatoes and ginger. We are continuously experimenting to cultivate other varieties of produce.

PICNIC AT GILI PUTIH BEACH
A quick 15 minute boat ride from Mimpi’s dock and you will arrive at a beautiful little white sandy beach in the middle of the water. A panoramic view of West Bali, a picnic blanket, cushions, tasty treats, and champagne awaits you at this precious beach. Availability depends on the weather and tide, we strongly advise to book at least one day in advance.
HATTEN WINES VINEYARD AND WINE TASTING
Very few people know that the weather here is perfect for grapes to grow. Close to Mimpi is a vineyard that supplies to Bali’s well known Hatten Wines. You can visit, pick grapes straight from the vine, taste some alcoholic grape juice and then proceed to have a scenic afternoon picnic!
